Tri-Dek® panels and link filters

Tri-Dim Founder Mr. John Stanley came up with a concept that has been used countless times as a pale copy of the original. Mr. Stanley founded Tri-Dim with the vision of a medium specifically designed for air filtration which he called Tri-Dek. It is a variable- and graduated-density medium which allows for depth loading filtration. It also features self-supporting panel filters that offer an excellent alternative to pleated filters: higher efficiency, extended service life, reduced air bypass, fewer risks of damage due to humidity and handling, lower transportation and storage costs, etc.

Tri-Dek products are available in 2-, 3-, or 4-ply filters that can be linked together. They act as a perfect seal around the perimeter of the system to create one single filter, thereby eliminating any of the risks usually associated with air bypass in other pleated air filters.

Tri-Cube cube filters

Tri-Cube filters offer all advantages boasted by Tri-Dek® panels and links with the added benefit of a much larger surface area. These filters are highly versatile and come in a 2-, 3-, or 4-ply configuration – efficiency up to MERV 13.

The Reverse-Flow Cube, the Tri-Cube RF, and RFX filters have been designed for systems that do not have enough backspace for standard cubes.

Tri-Cubes feature metal headers, multiple pockets, UL Class 1, and several other options.

Extended surface and high-efficiency filters

The Micro-Cell series with the Micro-Cell 95, XL, XL Max, and Ultra XL models have been designed and developed specifically for hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, high-technology manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, and laboratories that require a high level of air cleanliness.
