String wound cartridge

Extended Life Cartridges (XLCs) are manufactured through computer-aided design in order to ensure the creation of a graduated density filter cartridge that allows for an exceptional extended void volume and which guarantees improved load capacity, a longer service life, as well as a superior flow rate. The particle removal efficiency of the XLC cartridge is rated at 99.0 percent.

Permanent or throw-away pleated cartridges

If you wish to avoid the limitations found in synthetic fiber or fabric cartridges, ask about our stainless steel cartridges. In several cases, they can be cleaned by hand or with ultrasound.

Melt blown cartridges

Filtrindustries® polypropylene filter cartridges are designed with polypropylene resin, in compliance with Standard 21CRF177.1520, set out by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No lubricant, binding agent, or antistatic agent is used in the manufacturing process. Filtrindustries® polypropylene filter cartridges have been tested and are ANSI/NSF 42 certified for material standard requirements.

Inert polypropylene resin provides for outstanding chemical compatibility with a wide selection of process fluids.
